4.0Made reservation in January for kitchenette with continental breakfast. Arrived 8 months later. Never was told motel was being renovated. No kitchenette or breakfast available. Should have contacted me so I could make other arrangement. Refused any rebate. Told room provided had full-size fridge, but it didn't. No counter space beside bathroom sink. Very disappointed with accommodations! Staff friendly but not very helpful.
