It was dirty gross and front desk staff was rude

− Went for breakfast and water was in the apple juice. I went to ask front desk. Lady was extremely rude told me go find the kitchen lady she’s down there around there somewhere. then that lady came down into the kitchen area where the guests eat and was agitated and irritated. I told her I’m sorry just there was no water. It’s supposed to be juice in there and the waffle iron was not cooking the waffles while they were crumbling and she said well, too bad this is all complementary. It doesn’t come with your room. She was extremely rude. She does not need to be working in hospitality. When we did talk to the lady from the kitchen, she was extremely polite and very apologetic and kind. Nothing like the Front Desk lady.

− The room and hotel itself was not clean. There was also an altercation between neighboring guests from 12am -2am.
