The woman at front desk on check in was nice. Easy checkin.

− June 19, 2026 Leaving my daughter and grandkids here without checking the condition of room prior to leaving. I got call from my daughter that she had cleaned hair out of bathroom, found cockroaches there also and then found on carpet in room maggots. She and kids needed be come back and pick them up. She was not staying in this place. I came back and got her and kids. She took pictures of the maggots but failed to take pictures of the hair and cockroaches before cleaning and tossing. or the line of maggots coming in from the pool outside. She has been a cleaner and this was the worse for her. I confronted the man at front desk and told him of maggots and I was checking out and wanted my money refunded. I then had my daughter go see him. She talk to him, but he seemed like he did not care or even wish to acknowledge that they had an issue. I even told him to follow me, because it seemed like he did not believe me. Even with pictures. He did not come to the room to see, but pretend like as heading out behind me and then locked the door and refused to answer the phone. Have tried to get a full refund, but nothing yet. Booking has contacted and l am still waiting answer back. July 11, 2026

Location to beach. And access to food and amenities around

− One male staff member was insanely rude about the time the pool was closed. Saying "don't you know how to read" and other rude comments I won't put on here as well.

You get what you pay for I guess but $400 was still hard earned money and it’s sad that I couldn’t even get the trash ta

I enjoyed the pool during the day. It got crowded in the evenings with a lot of adults drinking and listening to music.

− Me and my children stayed for 3 days. We asked the maid to please clean our room and take out the trash atleast because it was overflowing with 3 kids and an adult, she told me she would but they never came. We also had roaches in our bed.

− The ac doesn’t stay running. Very loud so noticeable when it kicks off. The shower was slanted and the outlet by the sink was outside the wall with tape stuck to the back.
