Disgusting, discriminatory hotel
2.0I have a service animal! According to the ADA, I am not to be charged. The person at the front desk refused to let me stay unless I paid $20 for the pet fee. It wasn’t until I stated it was illegal to charge me for him and threatened to report him to the ADA. In other regards, the hotel was disgusting. It smelled horrendous and was dingy. I have filed a formal complaint with the ADA about the discrimination.
