4.0People were very nice. Building was very outdated and needed updates. Floor in our room felt like it had holes. Ceiling had water damage. Ice machine didn’t work. Mattress were sitting in the hallways. Couches and walls were dirty.

Questionable return 😕
6.0Ice machine did not work the entire time we were there. This caused us to have to purchase ice elsewhere on three occasions. Unnecessary expense on my part. Beds were too high and hard. Carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. Too much loitering was allowed at the back entrance of the hotel and there was way too much marijuana smoking allowed to happen there also. The outside grounds were covered with cigarette butts. Had to ask for more towels twice because there were not enough left by the person that cleaned the room. Was woke up several times due to extremely loud children and heavy thumping and slamming doors in the night. The breakfast ended way to soon, could have been extended by at least an hour or two. Not everyone gets up at the crack of dawn. Key cards quit working twice and had to be reset. The TV remote was held together with duct tape and the air conditioning unit had no louvers to direct airflow. The staff were pleasant and easy to work with. The room itself was clean but the bathroom wall had what appeared to be mold near the floor behind the door. The toilet seat was extremely loose and kept shifting back and forth.
