− No elevator to the 2nd floor Ice and vending only on the first floor Coffee wasn't available throughout the day Only gave us two sets of towels at a time No pool A/C was not on when we arrived. It was a very hot day. When I mention this to the front desk clerk she said well I don't take care of that. The management doesn't like to turn it on until your arrival. When I said to her that they know the check-in time of people they should at least have it on by that time she said well they don't like to do that. You can check in with the manager in the morning.
