Customer service is lacking and personality is lacking.
6.0The property was clean. The rooms were clean. The beds weren’t as not as comfortable as would have liked. I woke up with lower back pain. Our room the ac worked, the heater did not.
− The breakfast was very limited. Generic Hunny Buns, Waffles, two types of cold cereal. We went to Hy Vee for $5.00 breakfast instead yummy. The soda & snack machine were very limited and @ $3.00 per item. The smell of Curry coming from the front office all the way down the main hall is a little much. The front desk lady has to have husband translate on phone. Very limited English till financial error in her favor. Beware.

8.0it was on the edge of town so the noise was like none. our room was clean.
− it was quite expensive for a few random week days. there wasn't an actual person at check in but things went smoothly. the breakfast was lacking, we had to get breakfast elsewhere. the trash was over flowing outside the front door.
Good place to stay even with the lack of personal contact.

− The lack of personal contact with staff, for sure. Checking in via a video kiosk is quite impersonal. One small thing to check: the toilet in #126 would not automatically refill the tank after a flush.
