1.0Absolutely NOTHING..
− I requested a different t room due to the FACT it was very dirty, grimy, smudges on the TV, dead flies, dirty floors, I have pictures. The second room was NO better so I requested to cancel my reservation immediately and denied. I completed the request online via the app. I purchased to travel insurance so, if I need to cancel I would not incur any additional charges .I am extremely displeased and still requested a full refund. − Bed looked like slept in and sheets not changed, floor dirty, sink faucet handle broken with no hot water.
