The price point was good, there were a few positives but lack of cleanliness made it a negative me
3.0Once in the room it had seemed to have good soundproofing, the refrigerator worked well, the bed was decently comfortable and the air conditioning struggled but kept the room comfortable. The continental breakfast was OK especially considering the cost of the room
− The carpet was incredibly dirty and had a smell that stuck to anything that touched it. There was a lighter in the sheets,debri on the floor, hair in the shower, and the hallways also had an unpleasant smell

9.0Clean, very helpful staff as far as my questions go, close 9th street so's I could watch the dirt races and fireworks, proximity to restaurants and other services.
− Someone vaping with weed indoors, didn't see breakfast as per offer.
