− The hotel was fully booked. We got the last 2 rooms. Given that it was at full capacity, they should have prepared enough food for breakfast. They ran out of many items. Poor planning.

8.0− The shower knob was really hard to pull. I almost thought I was going to break it off by pulling it so hard. I went down to the front desk to make sure I wasn't going to break it off. Found a random little kids shoe on the side of the bed.
