− We were there for 2 nights the AC didn’t work very well, the microwave couldn’t really open, the refrigerator didn’t work and didn’t know that til we left and stuff we had in to stay cold wasn’t, house keeping came in our room when we were gone and took out the towels that were in the room hanging and we did not request them to do. Then my granddaughter that has a medical condition was terrified cause of a big roach like bug in the tub. She was horrified over the situation and front desk acted like it was normal and just wanted to change our room. But said they are used to having them and they have pest control.
