6.0Our room - as non smoking room - smelled terribly of smoke. Additionally, our television didn't work until the front desk attendant came up to fix it. We also didn't have a working phone, which wasn't a giant issue except when we tried to report the issue with the tv. The front desk attendant was helpful and attentive.
