6.0It was a lot of noise in the hallway someone kids was running around
This place was very unpleasant.
1.0Cheap.
− It smelled terrible, the lady at the service desk was not professional, the carpets were stained and dirty, the door keys barely worked had to do it multiple times to get in the room. The refrigerator and microwave did not work. The tv did not work. No toilet paper in the room, nor were there any towels. The air conditioner turned on but did not blow out cold air. When my 70 year old grandmother sat on the bad, the whole bed fell to the side. Very unpleasant place. We only stayed for 10 minutes tops and then packed up and booked a room somewhere else.

− Everything was awful and not well maintained! No fridge or chair in the room and no access to internet!

− Early check-in a hour or two the room is available it wasnt even available at the check in time I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours though they still rushed me out on time
STAY AWAY!!! ROACHE INFESTED
1.0Rooms are infested with roaches and ticks!! Had to leave ASAP TO ANOTHER HOTEL
− The front desk gentleman refused to give me his name or help. He canceled 2 rooms out of 3. Making it seem like we still stood there. Integrity is not their core value. I disputed with my bank and submitted all the evidence and got my money back. They really are scammers at this location. Stay away i wouldn't even let my dogs stay here? That's how horrendous it is

6.0I was forced to wait in the lobby for over a hour and then was told I had to pay for towels and wash cloths which should have been in the room along with soap which there wasn't any but I brought my own. Other than that it was ok
