− staff is bad and did not help me right away and argue with customer on the phone loudly infront of me. Did not help me at all and have me waiting for a long time. Did not fulfill my request of having room close to each even i reserve for a long time ago. Room smell bad and blanket and bed is dirty. Towel is dirty as well. I will never ever book this hotel ever again when I go back to tulsa.
