5.0It was 2 minutes from our conference place. It’s close to restaurants and Walmart
− The property is very old and it’s in a dangerous spot of town. The room was very dirty. It looks like they just do the beds and take out the trash, maybe broom the floor.

− The microwave didn't work after I bought stuff at Walmart that needed to be heated

− The desk clerk added extra fees to the price we were quoted on booking. We caught these additional fees, so he reduced them. Their “free breakfast” consisted of instant coffee, arisen bran and frosted flakes. No bowls for the cereal and no milk to pour onto the cereal. What a joke. Our room had places that were clean and others that had dirt accumulations that were several years old.

10.0The owners were pleasant. It was close to restaurants and half an hour walk to the Buddy Holly Centre.
