Rude staff!
2.0If I could do negative stars I would. Everything was terrible! And my son had an accident in the pool and I was treated like a child! I went in to the office to let her know and offered to clean it if she had a net. She did not but said I still have to clean it out. I said I’m sorry idk how I would . She told me to figure it out get a cup or something. I said I’m sorry a cup will not do it and I was just letting you know and trying to do the right thing so no one gets in behind me. And she got an attitude grabbed her keys very aggressively and said the nerve of some people now I have to close the pool great . Worst experience ever and it was dirty! The air barely worked and in suite there’s two room and the second room was an oven. I checked out early and they refuse to answer hotels.com and refused to refund at-least the days I did not stay !the breakfast was horrible and little options. I Normaly don’t leave reviews but this one was needed . Look elsewhere! WARNING DO NOT STAY!!!! Find a different hotel!

1.0Nothing in a terrible part of town. In an area of displaced families and criminal activity.
− The bathroom was dingy dirty and old the door had hand and finger marks all over it. The glass mirror broken the beds seemed moist the windows didn’t lock properly the sliding lock would not stay. The television would not connect to internet just to watch the channels bottle caps were left on the head board the bathroom tub was so dingy I showered in my sandals people were lurking the parking lot and slamming of doors all night from other units
