8.0The 1st room fridge was leaking water on the floor., once I reported it the desk clerk immediately transferred me and my guest to another room.
− The ceiling in the bathroom needs repairs also maybe adding a hair dryer
A dumpy place to stay

− Room had a bad smell almost like smoke, washcloths dirty, barely anywhere to park, toilet seat looked dirty, stray cats everywhere
We didn’t stay, we left immediately after seeing the room that was covered in black mold.

− Black mold in the room, water on the ceiling, smelled awful.
My stay was as I expected from this level of property.
3.0Hard to call a banana and toast a real breakfast.
− The locks are not reprogrammed between guests. As I showered someone used a key but the security bar denied their entry. I finished my shower and alerted the front desk who offered excuses but no solution... no lock audit.... no lock reprogramming. I requested the lock to be reprogrammed which was promptly done.
