Very Dissatisfied.
6.0First it is rather difficult to find though it is on the main road. Second, it was supposed to be handicap accessible and the only thing that fit that description was the hand bar at the toilet and it was on the first floor. It had a tub shower that handicapped individual could not have gotten into for having to step over the tub edge, which I did with great difficulty because there are no safety handrails except for the small one that is molded into the fiberglass shower wall. There are none out the tub to grab a hold to get out of the tub safely. There was no drain strainer or plug to even consider taking a bath. The shower curtain rail is about to pull out of the water damaged and weakened dry-walled wall. The shower fixture is unstable in the wall at best. It is dimly lit, no doubt to cut down on expenses. The bathroom sink bowl is cracked. The mirror that is hanging over the bathroom counter has a large crack in it running from top to bottom that looks as if it could fall out of the frame at any time. Additionally, It literally took 5 minutes to get hot water at all and then it ran out during the shower for one us and the other did not get a hot shower until much later. The HVAC was not on when we entered o room, the outside temp was 90 degrees and therefore the room was very uncomfortable, taking most of the evening to get it cooled down. There is about 1/2 inch of space under the entrance door allowing critters and grass to get into the room when the wind blew. Not impressed at all!
