− The desk clerk refused to cancel a double booking that we didn’t not reserve. Booking.com made it harder for us to cancel a double booking that I didn’t book. The hotel or the booking.com parties don’t not want to cancel a booking in which I didn’t reserve.

7.0Sparse. Oatmeal and coffee. Period.
− The ice machine was out of order for all three days. Arizona was having record high temps and all we could get was one small block of ice, the size of half a pack of buns. A day.
