Would not recommend for travelers.

The front desk lady was very pleasant. She accommodated a first floor room for my mother as she has a knee problem. She also suggested some nice restaurants in the area and she stated the check in policy clearly. I didn’t get her name but she told me she has worked there for years and that if I needed anything to reach out.

− Booking.com says check in at 1pm but it’s really 3pm per the sign posted at the check in desk and information from the front desk attendant.There is a lot of traffic and everyone has a dog!! Lot lizards are definitely present but I can say it’s safe. The tenants are pleasant and show respect. The bathroom could be a lot cleaner. It was in a non-smoking room but a smoke smell was present. The Ice machine did not work with room card.

− Everything! I don't think Wyndham would want to be affiliated with this property if they visited it. Pimps and prostitutes all around the place. Noisy all night, and in much need of repairs.

Die Lage war okay, das Personal war freundlich, mehr aber auch nicht

− Es war dreckig, ewig nicht gelüftet worden. Es war alles verschmiert. Selbst die Toilette und die Wanne waren richtig dreckig. Die Steckdosen war derart verdreckt das wir uns nicht getraut haben sie zu benutzen. Als meine Frau dann Ungeziefer im Bett entdeckte wollte sie im Auto schlafen. Wir können uns nicht verstehen wie so eine Absteige bei booking.com angeboten wird und wir erwarten eine vollständige Erstattung. Dies hatten wir auch schon im "Hotel" angesprochen, doch meinte die Frau an der Rezeption das ginge nicht. Wir haben Bilder gemacht die alles belegen können
