3.0The beds were comfortable.
− Umm there was couple strands of hair on the pillows. I took pillowcases off and slept with no pillowcases, there was a sock under chair that DID NOT belong to us, and it was little cold so turned on heat and heat did not work. When we went to front to ask for extra blankets and pillowcases at 11:30pm, we had to call on phone and the lady it was too late they were closed. So we didnt get our extra blankets and pillowcases.

− Shower and tub had hair all over it. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable
