4.0Location to event we were attending.… They called and told us of something we forgot and offered to use my credit card to ship it to me…
− Staff was often not available, place smells like weed and dog pee, our toilet was leaking had to turn off the water and turn it on to use it. The breakfast was a joke, zero protein, Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes, packaged oatmeal, white bread and butter. All served with styrofoam bowls and cups, which melted when I poured coffee in it….needless to say eat somewhere else. Ice machine is filth and broken with a fan blowing in it, there’s a bucket of ice in a trash bag outside the public bathroom…

− Mike the overnight worker was a complete idiot and had no concern for safety of the guests. Also was very unprofessional sleeping in the lobby.
