2.0People wandering around smoking dope trying to sell drugs. Staff could barely speak English. The building and entire area smelled disgusting. Very dark and unclean.

2.0Could barely understand what the guy was saying really dirty not safe had roaches the fridge didn’t even close and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the door didn’t have the chain to lock the top part of the door
