4.0Bed was nice, breakfast was awful. You had to be thwre at 6 am, because if not, they replaced nothing. Milk was frozen. Room smelled like cat pee. Promised to change sheets, they never did. Tv remote broken. Water was hot but pressure barely trickled out. Whole place needs a major overhall.

2.0Entire rooms Floor was nasty, tub and shower were nasty. 2nd day we broi our own cleanit supplies from Walmart and mopped the floor and wiped and scrubbed the jet tub and shower. That room had not been cleaned in a long time.

6.0Toilet Bowl was very low (very inconvenient to sit for bowel movement) and extremely poor liting in the bathroom. Floor was very sticky/ dirty.

4.0Floor was cracked and dirty. Door was scratched. There were no eggs for breakfast and the juice machine was broken. Driveway was a mess and needs to be repaired with cracks. I did not like being next to the staff’s kitchen as we could hear people in there during the night.
