Normal bed and breakfast, clean and functional.
7.0Location is okay, a bit far from downtown Indy. Breakfast was eatable, but not exceptional.
− There was a bath in the middle of the room, shouldn't be in the bathroom?
No frills cheap hotel. Keep your expectations low to match the price.
5.0Easy access from the highway. Very cheap price.
− The lobby initially put me off because it smelled of spicy food and the front desk attendant’s appearance was unkempt. The facility is in need of repair/updates particularly the bathroom. The breakfast offered was not appetizing and the coffee was cold. They were not able to provide me with a receipt upon check out and suggested I visit a website to get one.

1.0− They had ants, the carpet was sticky so I wore shoes the entire time in the room, also the do not disturb sign was put on the door the entire time and every time I was out of my room at work etc. they came in regardless.
