2.0Bathtub was stopped up, moved into another room and that was stopped up as well and the sink. Couldn’t shower

6.0Our stay was during a transition period for the hotel to new ownership. The building was under extensive renovation and so was not at its cleanest or its best. The first night, the tv did not function, The front desk person was friendly and accommodating, and by the second night of our stay, it was working. We did not use the advertised continental breakfast on either morning of our stay because it did not appear to be available…there was one yogurt in a refrigerator case and the coffee machine had a sign on it that said it was broken. The bright spot was the helpfulness and friendliness of the evening desk attendant, “Missy”. Hopefully there are better days ahead for this property.

4.0Property is changing brands and has new ownership and is under construction. Rooms are very dated, windows were blocked for painting, hallway was dirty, no laundry service, no fitness center. Better to pay a little more and stay anywhere else until updates are completed.
