Never stayed there. Refused to give money back, said to contact you. I would be happy with a credit.
1.0Just as we were checking in, our granddaughter came in to say we need to go. We had a famiy emergency. I had signed in, but we were not assigned a room yet. The woman at the behind the desk said if we wanted our money back, we must connect booking.com we had to leave immediately, so we just let it go. To be clear, we were not assigned a room and we left.
− Please see what I wrote above. Bottom line we never got a room, aka, we did not stay there.
