2.0No stuff on duty when I was checking in at 8pm, the office was locked. Had to call 3 times when he responded thru unknown message account. Thought it was a spam in my first impression.

2.0They should be banned from listing on here. The picture are not as it appears on the website. They should be shut down by the city. They moved me to better room but still filthy floors
