9.0First, we were greeted by the owner right away and she was very pleasant. She was very nice and when I would go to ask her anything she was very pleasant and helpful. There were times she would greet me in the hall and answer my questions. I was very pleased with this stay. Breakfast was very good and she did a great job with that as well. In addition, I felt the motel was very clean.
My stay was very pleasant and I will absolutely use this facility again in the future.
8.0I enjoyed the fact that the staff was friendly and hospitable, but when I stated that my room didnt need to be cleaned during my stay, that wish was respected. I had several thousands of dollars in electronics in that room and some of the equipment is very sensitive to any aerosol products. I explained this to the housekeeping staff and they were very accommodating.

10.0As always the Super 8 in Clarinda was great. New owners but they will get the hang of it soon. I miss the carpeted floor but the new floor is beautiful.
− They need to keep the back door area cleaned. Its pretty run down
