2.0They checked in our reservation to someone else so check in was a mess and room keys never worked.

2.0I did not eat any of the food there. The overall condition of the property was rundown, and the rooms were in poor condition. The room had a terrible smell and I felt uncomfortable sleeping on the bed as things seemed dirty in general. Would not recommend staying here.

2.0It is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Two of the rooms had bugs in the bed and we cancelled those rooms and 4 from our group went and found another hotel. In my opinion this place should be shut down until excessive cleaning and upgrades are made. I had 18 women from my church and it was very disheartening to me and the group. I will NEVER come back to this establishment. The only plus was Winston the desk clerk. He was very friendly and so apologetic. If the health department investigated it would be shut down NOW!
