10.0The employees were nice and welcoming, the pool and hot tub wonderful, room very comfortable and clean, and being on the ATV trail perfect, definitely going there again and again. Also having our 2 chihuahuas welcomed was the best. Its a 5 star for our family.

8.0At the Busiest time of day on a Friday they only had 1 person on staff that had to deal with many issues that needed the owner's input, why the heck wasn't she onsite. there were over 15 people waiting.
