4.0− When we got there I checked out the room and bedding and there was a yellow stain on the sheet so I told the front desk lady and she came back to the room with me and said that the sheet was clean it was stained. She said she would get a new sheet to put on the bed after I said if there is a stain that can't be removed maybe its time to throw it out and buy new sheets. She came back to the room with a new sheet we stripped the sheet and put the new one on and she left the room and once I was ready to lay down there was a yellow stain on that sheet. At this point I was exhausted after driving 14 hours, I said its not worth saying anything because I figured that they need to throw out their stained sheets and get new ones. I look at it this way that presentation is what draws people back. If they only have stained sheets its gonna turn people away from this facility.
Good sized comfortable rooms.
9.0Nice size room. A comfortable chair to sit in while watching TV (finding a comfortable chair in a hotel room is unusual). Great TV. Mariachi restaurant next door was excellent.
− Breakfast was very disappointing. Food was bland and not fresh. Needs a dog walk area.
