9.0Fantastic staff - so kind, patient & friendly. Good size room, comfortable beds. Great choice with breakfast. Although out of downtown, the location is good if you have a vehicle (just 1.5-2 miles from downtown), or there is a bus from a nearby stop (one block away, $1 per trip, or free June to August)
− TV a bit limited - couldn't use 'Guide' button on remote (the Guide cycles on a couple of channels, so you can see it if you go to those channels & wait for it to cycle, but you can't interact with the Guide). No apps / smart TV capability but if you have e.g. a USB-C to HDMI cable you may be able to watch via your mobile phone/ cellphone streaming apps if your phone can do that (I did - Samsung Dex). Staff were super-attentive & apologetic when I raised this. Air con in room is quite loud when on full fan - you can turn the fan down, but it gets pretty hot in Durango in the Summer, so you'll probably want it on pretty strongly or at least on low fan most of the time. To be fair, the AC unit is a similar one to that found in many motels / hotels.

8.0Nejlepší snídaně za celou 14 denní cestu po západě USA, dobrý výběr dokonce smažená vejce, slanina, klobásy a super automat na palačinky. Možnost vzít si led do lednice v autě a možnost vzít si kafé nebo čaj zdarma na cestu.
