− The girl at check in was so unfriendly! I am a Hilton member didn't offer any water. The beds were hard, pillows flat, no blanket on bed or in closet. Microwave turntable broke. Had to use a towel for a blanket on the bed. We used to always stay there, will not be again. Went over to Ybor city next night had a much better night, didn't like paying 30.00 to park car.
Stay was cut short since I left due to German Cockroaches, beware
1.0Staff was friendly and location was where I needed to be for work.
− The room wasn't clean. There were pubes in the shower and German cockroaches in the bed. Very disappointed for a stay at the Hilton.
