6.0The hotel is nice and comfortable. The rooms aren't very big, but the bathroom is. The staff at the front desk are quite friendly.
− Although the staff is friendly, they have to follow the established rules, one of which is charging 2 euros for 6 ice cubes. Seriously? To be honest, that seemed pretty stingy to me. The included breakfast is good, but they charge you if you have an extra cup of coffee. We also had to leave our room key every time we went out. I think charging for ice or a cup of coffee, rather than generate savings, leaves a bad impression in the customer.
It was a nice place to stay and very convenient to everywhere we wanted to be.
8.0It was very close to all the restaurants and quick trip into the centre of Rome. The roof top bar was lovely.
− The fridge was not cold and it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room.

8.0We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean. It was a quiet street, nearby Trestavere. The aircondition made a lot of noise, but besides that, every else was perfect. The breakfast was also lovely! Especially the coffee!
