Great location and sheets
9.0Great bed sheets, good pillows, nice bathroom, great location, good minispa, good breakfast.
− No kettler in the room. Bad room view (room 24) In the steam sauna the smell was horible. In the minispa, both of the jacuzzi (each for 1 pax) were hard to fill up with water. The smell on every level of the hotel was of fondue.

Very nice hotel, pleasant staff, worth the stay
8.0Excellent location, 5-10 minutes from the train station, in the main street of Zermatt. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is central.
− There is no air conditioner in the rooms, it is not possible to open the windows for fresh air as it is very noisy even at late night. We requested fans and they were provided.

9.0朝食ビュッフェが美味しかったです。 ゆで卵が自分で硬さを選べるのが良かったです。 また アルペン ミューズリー も美味しかったです。部屋は広く バルコニーからマッターホルンが望めました。朝焼けで赤く染まった 頂上 部分が綺麗でした。
