Stayed for one night precruise. Courteous staff, location close to airport with a very convenient free shuttle. Excellent laundry facility on-site. Next door to a mall with shopping and eating options. Room was clean and spacious and nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Also complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. Norwegian cruise transfer bus picked us from hotel itself. Would highly recommend

Okay place for one night

There were pros and cons to this hotel. The pros: - the woman who was at the desk the mornings of July 7 and 8. She was smiling and helpful. (I apologize I didn't get names) - the beds were super comfortable. - walking distance to the Dimond Mall and Walmart where we were able to get some last minute items. - the shuttle bus driver who got us from the airport to the hotel on July 7. - the breakfast ladies. They were very nice and kept the area neat and tidy. The cons: - the men who were at the desk the afternoon/evening of July 7. When I called for a shuttle I was told it had just left and would be 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I called again and was told we must have missed it and it would be another 15 minutes. So after waiting at the airport for over 1 hour we were picked up by the shuttle driver who explained it's been very slow and no, he hadn't been to the airport in the last hour. We didn't appreciate being misled by the man who answered the phone. The shuttle driver then offered to drive us into town to make it up to us. Once we got our stuff in the rooms, we went down to the front desk to alert the shuttle driver we were ready. He told us the shuttle only goes to/from the airport and the driver shouldn't have offered that to us. Then he said he was going to have to tell the manager that the shuttle driver had offered that. I explained I didn't want to get him into trouble as he was just being nice, and we would get an uber. After 10 minutes, the man at reception said we could use the shuttle service to go into town. I said we had already ordered the uber who was only 2 minutes away and I wouldn't be rude to the driver by canceling last minute. - the breakfast offerings are a bit lacking.

Enjoyed stay, convenience all around.

My stepdaughter stayed here the night before her wedding. It was perfect location and late check out was appreciated.

Romano has shuttled me to the airport a couple times from the dimond center and he slways has a smile even if I don't. He does a great job. Enjoyed having him as my driver!
