NO HOT WATER--DISAPPOINTED
1.0I liked the way it looked online.
− I didn't like the fact that I got up at 4am to take a shower and there was no hot water. I took my key to the desk to check out and complained about it and he said he would not reimburse me any money for my inconvenience. He told me I should've told them and they would have turned the hot water on in that room. Unbelievable!! The owner or whoever he was was very rude. I have stayed in a ton of hotels and have never experienced anything like it. I do not recommend the Motel 6 in Salem, Va. The air conditioner sounded like a big truck running off and on all night as well.
