10.0I was at the hotel for the weekend and Ms.Kay was the best she was patient with the Guest a guest want to put some people out of the pool because of the race and Kay was very nice and polite to them by telling them no without saying no. And I thought that was very good and respectful to both parties Kay needs a raise.
