2.0Good behavior of the hotel manager the guy and a lady they were nice and available to help.
− Room floor was dirty, insects and spiders were there in the room. The bathroom was without hairdryer, very old and the enternce of the bathroom had some metal bar out which was not safe. The toilet was not flashing properly and hotel manger came and helped us. Over all due to dirt we couldn't sleep very well. I was not expecting this much old and bad condition hotel in the USA if it was in a developing country that is different story.
