8.0Overall it was good. It was just a one night stay and no real issues.
Great hotel, suite needed a little maintenance
8.0The staff at this location are amazing. The only things about the hotel that bring the rating down are mechanics of the room. I've never been in a hotel that didn't have an exhaust in the bathroom, that was odd. The bathroom door had a lock, but it didn't actually lock the door. The thermostat in the bedroom didn't bring the temperature down. The living room was very comfortable, but I'm not going to sleep on the pull out couch. If it weren't for the fan in the bedroom, the bedroom would've been too hot.

2.0Upon checking in, they messed it up and left me with no money the whole weekend when checking out on Sunday they couldn’t even check me out because they don’t have what they need so my entire weekend was ruining because of their mistake from the beginning and witch the room was already paid for And they charge my card three times for the room that have been paid for in March
