2.0Advertised a pool and hot tub and neither were in working order. Charged an additional $250 for supposed damage in the unit. They sent me photos of the floor around the toilet and it is clearly rot and not something anyone would have done. After several calls, they are refusing to give me a refund but said they will talk to the manager who is unavailable for 3 days. I would suggest if you decide to stay there you take photos of the room conditions or you too might be charged for something that hasn't been addressed in a long time. Nothing super about this place!
