10.0It was great , the only thing I didn’t like was the staff being extremely rigid when it comes to giving another plate even though it was disposable. When it was buffet there should not have been any restrictions atleast on the plates. Otherwise rest of the things were perfect and we had a great stay there. The location was amazing and upto the mark.

2.0Extremely unprofessional staff, refused to provide even the complimentary service. Extremely rude and highly unprofessional receptionist. Seemed like people were just unhappy to receive a guest at the hotel. Will never ever go back even if it is for free.
