− BATHROOM: POOR CAULKING- LOOKS NEGLECTED; TINY SIZED SOAP, BORDERED ON REDICULOUS; TOILET PAPER IS LAUGHABLE- THINEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A HOTEL/ MOTEL ROOM.. SOAP & TOILET PAPER POOR ATTEMPT TO SAVE A BIT OF MONEY; TOILET VERY LOW, DIFFICULT TO USE!
We had an excellent experience at this hotel, will use it again and recommend to family and friends.
10.0The customer service was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. I love having separate bathroom sinks for my husband and myself. I left my computer charger cord and the staff could not have been more helpful getting it back to me. Lovely people and the location to walk downtown Sandpoint could not be better. I highly recommend this hotel. A+

7.0Location is great. Walkable to the beach and lake. It's an older hotel/motel, but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is cereal and grab and go items.
