− The bar service was very poor, they ran out of basic items like glasses and drinks mixers, only one beer on tap, Guinness, which they had to serve in a wine glass as they had no beer glasses!

10.0Good staff Clean Buffet breakfast could be better with hot food hot Also because we were seated by a server they gave us a bill.the breakfast was a perk for my membership but there was a place for a tip-a bit much

Overbooked by Booking.com and still no refund
1.0− Booking.com overbooked the hotel. I showed up with a prepaid reservation and there was no room available. It was past midnight and with a kid in tow. Not fun. It’s been two weeks and several calls to customer AI service and yet no refund.
