perfect for enjoying the city central to everything, but the air conditioner unable to cool the room
6.0location was excellent. can't comment on the food, we didn't eat at the hotel.
− the weather was hot. the air conditioner couldn't cope - we left it on full bore day and night for the three days that we stayed and the room wasn't hot, but it certainly wasn't as cool as we would have liked.

9.0צוות אדיב וסימפטי, נכון לענות על כל שאלה, שירות מהיר , ארוחת בוקר טובה, קפה טעים, נקי, חדר האוכל משקיף לרחוב אוצה ואצי.
− היה ריח תמידי של סיגריות בחדר,אין אפשרות לפתוח חלון ולאוורר (פתיחה קטנה ממש) זרם המים באמבטיה חלש, קצת רעשים בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות בחדרים העורפיים

10.0La posizione centrale dell'hotel. Vicinissimo ad ogni attrazione artistica. Spostarsi a piedi è stato semplicissimo ma anche con i mezzi si potevano raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le bellezze della città. Ottima colazione e abbondante, belle le camere e pulizia e servizi Doc.
− Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Mi è piaciuto tutto e ci ritornerei volentieri.
