Fascinating historic property in a lovely neighbourhood
8.0Lovely location, a lot of restaurants and very nice shops are a few steps away, well linked with the subway and buses. The room - while really tiny - was very curated and cared for. Ortigia toiletries are a plus.
− The pillows were lumpy: not firm nor smooth and too warm... I appreciate that it's an historic landmark but from the description I didn't understand there's no elevator, it might be a problem for someone.

− No kettle in the room and there were some drinks available downstairs but only in the morning would be nice if they were out all day. No full length mirror in the room.

1.0− $250 mandatory cleaning fee for a service dog (hypoallergenic chihuahua) who was in the room for 5 hours. You are a joke
I loved this hotel. I would definitely stay again, as long as I can continue to do the stairs.

− L’hôtel n’est pas vraiment situé à Soho mais plutot a quelques blocs Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend les sonneries de la reception, le bruit de la rue, c’est un veritable cauchemar La literie et notamment les draps auraient dû être renouvelés il y a plusieurs années (ils sont propres mais le tissus n’est vraiment pas en bon état)
