A luxury hotel with extraordinary sweet room and outstanding executive lounge
10.0Pros. - Cici from the front desk was so friendly during my checking in. I received an upgrade to a one bed suite room. - I was overwhelmed by this wonderful suite room. - The housekeeping Mary was a wonderful lady. I met her several times on the floor and she always asked me whether I need some additional service. She also delivered a local sweet cake as welcome gift. This was really nice. - The executive launch on the top floor is very modern and offers a lot of spaces with privacy. The food at happy hour time was delicious and of high-quality. Stella from the service team was so professional and friendly. She was always asking guests for additional wishes. - The hotel gym is very professional and huge with all kinds of workout machines.

10.0Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by both front desk attendees and the executive lounge staff. As a Titanium member, I was pleasantly upgraded to a spacious two-room suite with two bathrooms. Upon entering the executive lounge, Stella greeted me with my usual cappuccino with Bailey’s and a glass of my favourite candies. Conveniently located, the Westin is within walking distance of the subway. Both the Westin and SHE Airport are on Metro Line 2. The hotel is a 3-6 minute walk from the Shitushuguan Metro station. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage, use Exit B2, which features escalators, about 6 minute walk. If you are comfortable with taking the stairs, Exit C2 is a 3-minute walk from the Westin.
