− "The air conditioning was not working properly, and the room telephone was out of order for the first two days of our stay. Most importantly, there were four of us, yet we were only provided with four small bottles of water. When I asked for extra water, I was told we would have to purchase it. For a four-star hotel, failing to provide an adequate supply of water is very disappointing."
