9.0Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le complexe est très bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé. Les chambres sont confortables. La piscine ainsi que l'accès direct à la plage sont de véritables atouts. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité de la restauration.

1.0− Desidero segnalare il trattamento ricevuto al momento del check-out. A causa del ritardo nel lasciare la camera, mi sono stati addebitati 100 USD. Comprendo che l'hotel abbia delle regole interne, tuttavia ritengo che, in determinate circostanze, dovrebbe essere valutata anche la storia del cliente. Soggiorno regolarmente presso il Presidente InterContinental Cancún Resort da oltre un anno e l'ho sempre scelto con fiducia per i miei viaggi. Proprio per questo mi sarei aspettato un minimo di flessibilità e attenzione nei confronti di un cliente abituale. Desidero inoltre evidenziare che, nel periodo del mio soggiorno, l'hotel, come molti altri a Cancún, era in bassa stagione e risultava semivuoto. Di conseguenza, non vi era un'effettiva urgenza di rendere immediatamente disponibile la camera per nuovi ospiti. Il mio disappunto non riguarda tanto l'importo addebitato, quanto la totale assenza di considerazione nei confronti della mia fedeltà come cliente. Un piccolo gesto di cortesia o una maggiore tolleranza avrebbero sicuramente contribuito a mantenere il rapporto di fiducia costruito nel tempo. Mi auguro che Booking possa tenere conto di questa segnalazione e che la direzione dell'hotel rifletta sull'importanza di valorizzare i clienti che scelgono con continuità la stessa struttura.

− О, он далее от идеала… нас четверо- тапки одни. Кофемашина для виду, она сломана. Попросили другую. Нам принесли и она тоже сломана. Третью просить не стали, потому что увидели поддельные капсулы кофе, мне когда-то попадались такие при покупке. Это когда алюминиевая часть не пробивается, а гнется и кофе оттуда не проходит. На день рождения мужа никакого внимания, хотя при заезде я указала этот момент на рецепшене. Еда однообразная , на 4 день уже просто смотреть не хотелось. Кофе вкусный, это порадовало.
